Role Description:

Account Representatives are responsible for maintaining existing company accounts’ orders and requests ensuring they are completed to the satisfaction of each client. They strive to provide excellent customer service through detailed open communication. They balance their clients’ wants and needs with the capabilities of the business.

Essential Functions

· Communication

o Must be comfortable with public speaking to executives at clients’ companies and their own, presenting difficult concepts in understandable ways

o Promptly and professionally respond to internal and external queries and proactively follow up on open items

o Organized and composed during phone and video conferencing

· Project Management

o Prepare and maintain timelines for open items

o Ability to anticipate and mitigate crises and challenges

o Consistently achieve and/or exceed expectations

o Coordinate open items and resources with operations teams

· Preferred Skills

o Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook (PC literate)

o Proven ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly

o Strong Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o Excellent organization and time management skills

o Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets

o Customer Centric, energetic “can do” attitude, and willing to take initiative

o Excellent punctuality and attendance

o Desire to learn, grow, and improve skills

· Physical Demands

o Typing for multiple hours each day

o Sitting (80%) and Standing/Walking (20%)

o Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Accounts or Customer Service . Skin Care manufacturing preferred; contract manufacturing experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
